- Aims of treatment
The images collected through the video surveillance system are processed for security purposes only, protection of people, company assets and prevention of illegal acts.
- Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the owner pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter. f) of the GDPR.
- Video-monitored areas
The cameras are installed only in common and/or external areas of the structure (e.g. entrances, access areas, parking).
There are no cameras present inside rooms, bathrooms or other places intended for private residence.
- Method of treatment
The images are processed electronically, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, accuracy, minimization, and security set forth by the GDPR.
- Retention period
The recorded images are stored for a period no more than 72 hours, except for specific needs for further conservation in the event of unlawful events or requests from the competent Authority.
- Recipients of the data
The images can be viewed exclusively by authorized personnel of the Data Controller or by external parties formally appointed.
The data will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties, except as required by law.
- Rights of the interested party
As a data subject, you may exercise the rights set forth in Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including:
- data access
- cancellation
- limitation of processing
to the extent compatible with the protection of third-party rights and security purposes.

- Claim
It is possible to lodge a complaint with theGuarantor Authority for the protection of personal data if it is believed that the processing violates current legislation.
