TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE OF THE SITE

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site www.lemacinaie.it (hereinafter “Site”) and the online sale of the services offered by Hotel Le Macinaie (hereinafter “Owner”), including:

  • room reservation;
  • table reservations at the restaurant;
  • purchase of tourist services and experiences.

By submitting a reservation or payment, you agree to these Terms in full.

  1. Reservation Policies

Reservations for the services offered on the Site (rooms, restaurant, services and experiences) can be made through the booking engine system Ericsoft (Zucchetti Hospitality) integrated into the Site.
The booking procedure requires entering the required data and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
At the end of the procedure, the user will receive a confirmation email summary of booked services.

 

  1. Prices and payments
    All prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
    Payment for services can be made via:
  • credit or debit card;
  • PayPal;
  • bank transfer, where applicable.

Online payments are handled through secure and certified payment platforms, including the Ericsoft booking engine (Zucchetti Hospitality).
The Data Controller does not directly store or process the complete data relating to payment instruments.

  1. Cancellation and refund policies

Cancellation, modification and refund conditions:

  • vary based on the service booked;
  • are clearly indicated during the booking process and in the confirmation email.

In case of no-show, the Owner reserves the right to withhold the amount paid, according to the conditions accepted by the user.

  1. User obligations

The user guarantees that:

  • the data provided are true and up-to-date;
  • is the owner or legitimate user of the payment method used;
  • use the Site lawfully and in compliance with applicable legislation.
  1. Disclaimer

The Owner is not responsible for:

  • disruptions attributable to force majeure;
  • malfunctions of external payment or booking systems;
  • indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site.

Images and service descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent every detail.

The Owner is not responsible for any malfunctions, delays or interruptions attributable to the booking and payment systems provided by Ericsoft (Zucchetti Hospitality), PayPal or by the banking institutions involved in the transactions.

  1. Intellectual property

All contents of the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, videos, graphics) are the property of the Owner or are licensed.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

  1. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data takes place in compliance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
For further information on the processing of personal data, including those relating to online reservations and payments, the user is invited to consult the Privacy Policy , Cookie Policy available on the Site.

  1. Changes to the Terms

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The changes will be effective upon publication on the Site.

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court where the Data Controller is based, unless otherwise provided by law.
