Allergy
At the restaurant it is always possible to request the allergen card.
When it comes to lactose intolerance or allergy, we can usually easily respond by offering suitable alternatives.
The situation is different for garlic allergies.
Here we have to be honest: in our kitchen garlic reigns supremeIt's part of the Amiata tradition and is used in many of our dishes. The only dish completely free of garlic is tortelli.
For all other dishes, the ingredient may be present or there may be a risk of contamination.
Our goal is always the same: to make you have a pleasant, good and conscious experience.
With a little organization, everything becomes easier — even at the table 😉🍽️
