Monte Amiata is in fact the largest beech forest in Italy that covers it from 1400 meters up to the peak. We find an extraordinary variety of plants, thanks to the very particular environment. A volcanic terrain 50 km from the sea.
The spontaneous orchids that grow in May alone offer 44 varieties.
A delicate environment that we try to respect and defend with the utmost attention.

It was the first PEFC certified forest in Italy.

For this reason we implement those solutions that allow us to go in this direction.
