A STORY OF BROTHERHOOD AND FRIENDSHIP
Enrico and Giorgio brothers from Monte Amiata and Franz of Austrian origin live to make the hospitality, food specialties, food and wine of their territory known in the world. Enrico and his brother Giorgio as children received bread with wine and sugar for a snack and as per good Tuscan tradition wine has always been present on their family table, both for lunch and dinner; Franz got to know wine when he was older, but today, perhaps for a "spirit of revenge" towards the 2 brothers from Amiata, he only drinks Reserves and selections. Three people, two brothers and a friend, who decided to create their own wine that expresses the territory and that concept of kilometer 0 that is so dear to all three, in everything they do in their life and in their work. This Sangiovese is produced in Alta Maremma, where the temperature variations and the day and night breezes have a great influence on the ripening of the grapes; a careful vinification in cement and a refinement of several months in steel and bottle, give this wine the freshness and fragrance typical of Sangiovese. Served at room temperature or slightly cool in summer, it perfectly accompanies traditional or innovative Amiatina cuisine
