Our Menu is extremely traditional, it finds its origin in an era where poverty and privations were daily lived. Remaked is now proposed with numerous changes, keeping the “style of taste” of the time. Of particular importance are the soups that preserve the ancient ingredients, among which there is the mushroom soup.

The pastas, all strictly homemade, tortelli, pici, “paglia e fieno” pasta, lasagna, tagliatelle pasta, Pappardelle, the ancient macaroni. The second courses are prepared mainly with white meats, we offer pork and beef too. Finally the desserts  which are Home Made. Fanciful recipes such as the delights of Bosco (mushroom-shaped cupcake), roasted ice cream, Baba and many others.

Wines we selected come from companies in the wine-growing areas that surround Monte amiata.

The kitchen staff is led by Claudia, who continues the work of his Father , flanked by Giorgio and Alessia.
