Regarding first courses we can suggest you Traditional and gluten free dishes as polenta and risotto, gluten free pasta matched with a very simple sauce. Lots of our second courses can be eaten without any complication.
What’s more, our chef Alessia has set up two new meals for celiac people: crespelle pasta with ricotta cheese and spinach and gnocchi pasta with sausage and chestnuts.

We often have guests with celiac illness and we never had any problem.
In days with a grat influx of people we could be prevented from fulfilling this need.
