FROM I TO WE

The Hildegard Model of Care for Personal, Social, and Corporate Well-Being: July 31 to August 2, 2026, at the Abbey of San Salvatore (SI)

???? PRESENTATION

We live in an era characterized by great progress, but also by growing underlying fragility. The speed of change is often accompanied by a loss of direction: less shared values, a weakened sense of belonging, and diminishing trust in institutions. Many people experience a sense of disorientation that transcends the material and affects the very meaning of their actions and role in the world. This scenario is reflected in increasingly widespread malaise, both psychologically and physically, with a steady increase in complex chronic diseases. In this historical context marked by a widespread sense of alienation and the loss of a profound meaning in life, the thought of Hildegard of Bingen offers a new vision capable of integrating science and spirituality. From this synthesis, a new model of life can emerge, founded on care for oneself, others, and the environment, and capable of inspiring a renewed understanding of humanity and society.

🎯 COURSE OBJECTIVES

From Self to We aims to be an educational and experiential journey that, drawing inspiration from Hildegard of Bingen's vision of the relationship between man and the universe, aims to help us read every message from the body as a precious and essential tool for profound self-knowledge. Singing, recitation, meditation, the cult of silence, and natural remedies are valuable tools to help us "feel" the viriditas, the vital energy that animates every aspect of creation and which alone can help us acquire the ability to know how to "choose" what, in every moment of our life, is functional to personal evolution. Spirituality is knowing OLD and know TO BE, recognizing that authentic inner light that leads us to health and self-fulfillment. Understanding this means not only living a fulfilling life, but contributing to the creation of valuable businesses and societies.

???? METHOD

The program will consist of lectures and experiential workshops, following a fluid and integrated approach. The goal is to help each participant overcome patterns, habits, and prejudices that limit personal growth, creativity, and self-discovery.

The activities will take place both indoor and outdoor, enhancing the spaces and nature surrounding the splendid structure of Casa Raphael.

(I.e. Deconstruct to rebuild

This represents one of the fundamental principles of the journey: learning to let go of what is no longer useful to create new possibilities for growth and transformation.

An essential process not only in personal life, but also in professional and corporate life, where the evolution of the group arises from the authentic, original, and unique contribution of each individual.

✨ The Hildegard symbols, in their continuous evolution, teach how health and personal fulfillment are profoundly interdependent and mature in a constant dynamic tension, fueled by the desire and will to improve oneself.

🌌 The method adopted by coaches and teachers is inspired by the visions of Hildegard of Bingen, which continually recall the movement of the cosmos, the fluidity of bodies and the harmony between human beings, nature and the universe.

👥 WHO is

The journey is an individual experience of growth and awareness, open to anyone who wishes to deepen their self-knowledge and develop new inner resources.

💼 It is particularly suitable for professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, and people engaged in paths of responsibility and leadership, aware that building valuable organizations and companies stems from the capacity for integration, personal balance, and the ability of each individual to fully express their potential.

🌱 Because every collective change always begins with an individual transformation.
