Forest Bathing on Mount Amiata – 3-Day Experience

In this stay you will live an authentic experience of Forest Bathing in the certified areas of the Mount Amiata, recognized for their health suitability and forestry well-being.

For two days you will be accompanied step by step by a qualified environmental guide, in the role of facilitator, who will introduce you to this discipline through a gradual, conscious and immersive path.

During the experience we will visit 4 of the 5 certified areas of Monte Amiata, selected for the environmental quality, biodiversity and natural energy of the place.

🗓️ Experience program

Day 1

Arrival and check-in at the hotel are expected in the afternoon, followed by a meeting with the facilitator.
A meeting will take place afterwards Forest Bathing theory session, essential for understanding the principles of the discipline.

Following:

• A) first experience in the certified forest of the Nuns

• Dinner in hotel

Day 2

After breakfast:

• B) second experience in the certified forest of the Countess

Afterwards:

• Lunch at the refuge

• C) third experience in the Guardian certified forest

Day 3

• D) fourth experience in the certified forest of Fonte Barbara
