In this stay you will live an authentic experience of Forest Bathing in the certified areas of Monte Amiata, recognized for their health benefits and for the benefits linked to forest well-being.

For a whole day you will be accompanied step by step by a expert environmental guide, in the role of facilitator, who will introduce you to the discipline and help you slow down, breathe and reconnect with nature in a conscious way.
