The Hotel Tasting Menu is what is offered to guests staying on half-board basis.

- Children under 10 years old € 15
Every day Giorgio offers traditional dishes of Amiata cuisine alongside international dishes.
The Albergo Le Macinaie also offers full board during certain periods of the year.
It is a supplement to the half-board which includes dinner in the evening.
For full board (lunch of the day), the à la carte menu is offered where guests can choose:
- 1 Course (1 Starter, 1 First Course or 1 Second Course)
- 1 Dessert
In any case, drinks are not included.
Price:
- Adults: € 20 at mealtime
- Children < 10 years: € 15 at mealtime
- Children < 3 years: € 10 at mealtime
