Simple, practical, well organized

A buffet-style proposal designed for corporate events, business lunches, and informal private gatherings.

Ideal for situations where clear timing, practicality and consistent quality are important.

Balance between quality and organization

A more comprehensive offering, designed for ceremonies and structured events, with a relaxed and timely service.

The most requested menu for medium-high level catering, suitable for many types of events.

A comprehensive, well-balanced, and organized proposal designed to work optimally even when away from home.

Orsino Menu

A complete gastronomic event

A menu designed for important events, such as anniversaries and formal occasions, where cuisine takes center stage.

Menu structure

  • Welcome aperitif with buffet appetizer
  • A first course
  • A second course with a side dish
  • open bar

  • Aperitif with appetizer buffet: non-alcoholic drinks, prosecco, a variety of fried foods, focaccia and bruschetta, a selection of Amiata cured meats, finger food of farro salad with truffles and Tuscan panzanella.
  • Leek and truffle lasagna
  • Pork leg between two fires, cooked in a wood-fired oven
  • Vegetable flan
  • Water, Heimat Toscana IGT white and red wine, coffee and liqueurs
