Cuisine is one of the pillars of the Macinaie Experience.
Here, in the heart of Monte Amiata, each menu is inspired by the location, the season, and the type of event we want to create together.
The kitchen is internal and is managed directly by Giorgio, with a gastronomic proposal that enhances the Tuscan tradition, local products and a contemporary care of the preparations.
The menus we present are starting examples, designed to help you orient yourself and imagine your experience at Le Macinaie.
Each proposal is then customized based on the event.
