From the city to nature: the birth of Fioralpaca
It all started in 2001, watching a documentary on TV: a chance encounter that turned into an overwhelming passion.
After leaving Florence for Chianti, the founders chose to change their lives again to follow this dream: raising alpacas.
Within a few months, the first specimens arrived, and with them, a new adventure of study, care, and dedication.
In 2007, the project found its ideal home in Santa Fiora, on Mount Amiata: a perfect territory, made of pastures, pristine nature and slow rhythms.

Alpacas are docile and curious animals, native to South America, loved for their character and the quality of their wool.
