Mount Amiata is a magical place for trekking excursions.
An unknown territory, unique and fascinating like no other in Tuscany. It is an ancient and mysterious volcano, the sacred mountain of the Etruscans. It is possible to admire a great variety of landscapes. Above a thousand meters of altitude we find a large forest of beech trees that covers the mountain up to the summit creating a green giant that dominates everything. Lower down the chestnut grove, whose fruits have provided sustenance to the population of the area for centuries and centuries.
