We have a partnership with www.BookingAmiata.com which has developed a procedure to safeguard our guests from Covid-19.
The natural environment that surrounded us really help us.
As we adapt our operations to control the spread of Covid-19 we make the following commitment so that we’ll be ready to welcome you again. We want to protect our guests and our staff.
Our procedures are inspired by WHO guidelines (World Health Organization).
Freequently aerate every areas and clean all surfaces, with particular focus on hand contact points, with water and soap-based cleaning solutions. Complete the sanitization with registered sanitizers of the Health Ministry, as a Medical Surgical Device, based on sodium hypochlorite at 0,1% or alcohol at 70% concentration. The following program is put into effect that ensures cleaning and sanitization.
Forniture is cleaned and sanitized everyday.
Floors are cleaned and sanitized with appropriate cleaning solutions.
Cleaning and sanitization with steam-operated cleaning machines are provided periodically.
We have removed rugs, if they were not necessary, and decorative cushions from seats, to ensure the correct hygiene level.
We have removed the unneded paper material .
Access mode-
We have taken measures of social distancing, to remind guests to maintain the 1 meter safe distance.
Between a guest and the other, the table cloth is changed.
Seats are sanitized.
Hot or Cold Drink and food machines are cleaned several times, after every service. Forniture is cleaned and sanitized after every service (breakfast, lunch and dinner); enhanced frequency of cleaning and sanitising regimes based on guests’ influx. Plates and clutery are cleaned and sanitized in the dishwasher (temperature of 80 degrees), included those that have not been used.

Guests are asked to use the hand sanitising gel at the entrance and to respect the social distance. You must use the mask if you are less then 1 meter near.
Tables are located so that guests are 1 meter far from each other, except fot those who are in the same room, orare a family unit.
People from different rooms can’t seat together in the same table.
For those who want to have a seat with other people, it is possible to put plexiglass guards.
Food is served in specific baskets and drinks on request. You can look at the menu online. For restaurant guests it’s possible to look at the menu with the appropriate tag.

The following ones have been removed: unneeded paper material, decorative cushions, and other extra accessories, also those in the wardrobes.

The Health Ministry said that treatments with ozone are not effective.
We have decided to proceed with a steam treatment on all surfaces, included curtains, blankets and matresses, even if there is not a proven efficacy.
Face masks, gloves, hand sanitising gel are available to all guests at reception.
Disinfectant wipes are available in all common areas.
Infromation signs are located in all areas, and we ask you to sanitize your hands.
Face masks and gloves cost € 0.50 each.
Staff will also be wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, including face masks and rubber gloves during interpersonal contacts (with guests, co-workers, suppliers…) and try to mantain always a social distance of 1 meter. The staff has available throw-away disinfectant wipes or disinfectant spray and paper rolls to sanitize all surfaces.
The room attendant will be wearing a face mask, gloves and protective equipment during hours of service. What’s more, at their disposal single-use gowns and waterproof aprons).
The Hotel’s Management informs all team members on mesures to be taken, to protect their health and that of others.
All staff have signed a daily health declaration and undertake a daily temperature check prior to commencing work. If the temperature is above 37,5°, they will not come to work.
In case of contamination, these will be write down on a register , where will be signed, for example, date and hours when a disinfectant has been used…
All staff observe hygiene regulations, with frequent hand washing with water and soap, or the use of hand sanitising gel.
The staff must wear the clean uniform once they get to the hotel. They can wear their clothes only when work hours are ended. After every shift uniforms are sanitized, so that they will be ready and clean for the next shift.
Work areas, front-office and back-office (computer, copy machine, telephone, cleaning trolleys, vacuum cleaner, loudry shelves) are regularly sanitized. Communication devices are sanitized every day.
Wellness area and children’s playground are closed.
