Choose a type of setup: if your event is at Macinaie it can be standard or buffet style, if it is a catering you can choose between classic and silverware in one of the solutions proposed at setup page . If you prefer something informal it can also be biodegradable.
Choose the type of aperitif, if you think it is appropriate to include it.
Choose appetizers from 1 to 4 courses (4, 5, 6, 7).
Choose first courses from 1 to 4 courses (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17). Usually you start with a soup or risotto, continue with a delicate dish, crespelle, tortelli, gnocchi and close with a long pasta.
Choose the second courses. In some cases a closing dish is inserted which can be an alternative to a second course (18, 20)
It is combined with side dishes, usually at least one potato and one vegetable even if the second course is only one (21)
You choose the cake if it is an event or a dessert for more informal lunches (22, 23)
The wines are paired, usually a white and a red. In some cases, if there is a strong second course, a more important red, perhaps a reserve. A sweet wine for dessert (24)
It is inserted to conclude: coffee and liqueurs (25)
