Procedure:

1. Choose the service

Event at Macinaie (Macinaie Experience)
Catering at your preferred location
Takeaway (ready-made dishes in gastronorm containers for self-service)

3. Compose the menu

Aperitif (optional)
Starters (1–4 courses, served at the table or as a buffet)
Pastas (2–3 courses recommended)
Second courses (1–2 courses)
Side dishes (at least one potato and one vegetable
Cake or dessert
Wines (white and red; optional reserve or sweet wine for dessert)
Coffee and liqueurs

2. Choose the setup

At the Macinaie: Standard, Plus, Gold/Silver
Catering: Basic or Gold/Silver (as per proposed solutions)
Alternatively: informal version with compostable tableware
All the setups are customizable in detail

4. Add any extra services

Open bar, confetti, night food, entertainment, coordinated printing, party favors and much more.
